There is no account and no sign-in. Pawzo sends one thing off the device: anonymous usage statistics, and only if you leave them on.
Your session history — which game, when, how long, how many catches — and your settings: sound, prey size, whether you have seen a tip. All of it lives on your device.
Anonymous usage statistics, through Mixpanel, to see which games get played and for how long, so the next games are the right ones. The whole list is: the app being opened, which onboarding pages were seen and whether they were skipped, a game being started, a game being left (which game, how many seconds, how many catches), the purchase screen being shown and where from, whether a purchase succeeded, and a restore being run. Alongside those we send the app version, whether the device is an iPhone or an iPad, and a random identifier for the install.
That is all of it. We do not collect your name, your email, an account, an advertising identifier, your location, your contacts, or anything you typed. There is nothing to link the statistics to a person, and we do not try.
IP-based location is switched off at the source, so events arrive without a region attached, and the data is held on Mixpanel's EU servers.
Settings, under Privacy: Share anonymous usage data. Turn it off and nothing is sent at all. The app works exactly the same either way.
All Games is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Apple. Apple tells the app whether it is active. We never see your payment details and receive no personal information from the transaction.
Deleting the app removes everything Pawzo has stored on the device. For the anonymous usage statistics, email the address below with the approximate date you installed the app and they will be deleted from Mixpanel.
Pawzo is not directed at children and collects no personal information from anyone.
If a future version begins collecting anything beyond the list above, this page will say so before that version ships, and the App Store privacy label will be updated to match it.
