Most cats need a second look before they commit, and some never do — that is cats. Things that help, in order: put the iPad flat on the floor where the cat already likes to sit, leave the room, turn the sound on, try a dim room and the Fireflies or Laser Dot, and set the prey size to Large in Settings for a big cat. Start with the Mouse or the Fish Pond; they move most like the real thing.
Pawzo plays through the speaker with the ring switch on silent, so check the volume buttons and the Sounds switch in Settings. Bluetooth headphones connected to the iPad will take the sound with them.
Press and hold the small "Hold to exit" pill at the top left for about a second and a half. Single taps do nothing on purpose, so a paw cannot leave the game by accident.
Use Guided Access, which locks the iPad to one app. In Settings → Accessibility → Guided Access, turn it on and set a passcode. Start a game in Pawzo, then triple-click the side (or top) button and tap Start. Triple-click again and enter the passcode to leave.
Most cats pat rather than scratch, and glass is hard, but every cat is different. A cheap screen protector removes the worry, and a case that stops the iPad sliding helps too.
Open Settings with the gear at the top right of the game list and tap Restore Purchases. It also appears at the bottom of the purchase screen. If that does not do it, email me from the Apple Account you bought with.
Delete the app. Session history and settings live only on the device, and there is no copy anywhere else.
